The Carriage room, Conference room and Batik room open to a central courtyard enhanced by a tranquil fountain, flower gardens, and an antique carriage.
The spacious Carriage room with crystal chandeliers provides ample space for classroom and banquet style seating. The adjoining Conference room with large dining room table is ideal for food and beverage services throughout the day or for extra meeting space. The Batik room provides a comfortable breakout space with access to the garden courtyard via French doors. Enjoy lunch break outdoors and stroll through the gardens to feel rejuvenated and inspired.

All-Inclusive Two-Night Group Retreat includes the following:
- 2-night stay in all 11 guest rooms (based on single occupancy, discounted corporate rate);
- Full breakfast both days;
- Lunch both days;
- Complimentary afternoon refreshments both days;
- Exclusive use of meeting facilities in mansion or Carriage House including tables, chairs, linens and set-up throughout both days of retreat (exclusivity only available with this package!)
Cost: $4,500 - $4,750
*Rate includes sales and hotel tax and is based on 11 guests for overnight accommodations and included meals. Prices may be modified to include additional guests for meetings and food service, meeting space on additional days and audio-visual rentals.

Our basic site rental fees do not include food service.
You may hire an approved caterer and/or you may purchase refreshments from us.

Reserve your date
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold your date.
The balance is due two months prior to the date of the event.
Deposits are not transferable should you need to reschedule your affair.
