Gramercy Mansion, an historic Tudor-style mansion, offers a picturesque and stately atmosphere for corporate conferences, meetings, seminars, and executive retreats. Breathtaking gardens and extensive woodland trails create an environment of relaxation and contemplation.
The exquisite decor and secluded location make Gramercy an ideal setting for off-site business events conveniently just minutes from Baltimore.
Rental of the First Floor of the Mansion:
Includes the use of five fully-furnished rooms decorated in antiques as well as use of the terrace area, which is open to the gardens in season and enclosed and heated during the winter. Air-conditioning and two fireplaces available.
Accommodates up to 150 guests.
Rate: $150.00 per hour, 4-hour minimum rental.
Monday - Thursday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
(When reserving 2 months or less in advance, rental may exceed 5 p.m.)
Rental of the Living Room & Terrace:
The spacious living room is decorated in antiques. The rich ambiance of the decor is enhanced with velvet draperies and American Renaissance-style cornices made of walnut. French doors open to the terrace which overlooks the flower gardens and swimming pool. Air-conditioning and fireplace available in season. The terrace is furnished with round tables and chiavari chairs.
Accommodates up to 60 guests.
$80 per hour, 4-hour minimum rental.
Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Rental of Living Room
Groups may reserve just the living room for small meetings and seminars.
Accomdations up to 30 guests.
$50 per hour, 4-hour minimum rental.

Basic Site Rental Includes:
Tables and chairs needed for meeting space. We will set-up rooms for you as requested. Food service is not included. You may choose a licensed and insured caterer with prior approval for food service. When renting the entire mansion, caterers may use our kitchen for an additional $150.00 for a three- hour time period.
Food Service
Our fees do not include food service. You may hire an approved caterer and/or you may purchase refreshments from us. Click here to see our menu options.

Reserve your date:
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold requested date. The balance is due two months prior to date.
Deposits are not transferable to different dates should you need to reschedule.
