Gramercy MansionGramercy Mansion,
an historic Tudor-style mansion, offers a picturesque and stately atmosphere
for conferences, seminars, and retreats. Breathtaking gardens and extensive
woodland trails create an environment of relaxation and contemplation.
The exquisite decor and secluded location make Gramercy an ideal setting
conveniently just minutes from Baltimore.
Rental of the First Floor of the
Mansion: Includes the use of five fully-furnished rooms decorated in
antiques as well as use of the terrace area, which is open to the gardens in
season and enclosed and heated during the winter. Air-conditioning and two
fireplaces available.
Accommodates up to 150 guests.
Rate: $900.00 for
an eight-hour period
Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Rental of the Living Room &
Terrace: The spacious living room is decorated in antiques. The rich
ambiance of the decor is enhanced with velvet draperies and American
Renaissance-style cornices made of walnut. French doors open to the terrace
which overlooks the flower gardens and swimming pool.
Accommodates up to 50
guests.
Rate: $100.00 per hour
Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Rental of the Library: This cozy
room, accented with original cherry wood and a wood-burning fireplace, is a
private setting for a small group.
Accommodates up to 12 guests.
Rate:
$50.00 per hour
Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Basic Site Rental Includes: Tables
and chairs needed for meeting space. We will set-up rooms for you as requested.
Food service is not included. You may choose a licenced and insured caterer
with prior approval for food service. When renting the entire mansion, caterers
may use our kitchen for an additional $150.00 for a three- hour time period.

Reserve your date: A
non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold requested date. The balance is
due two months prior to date.
Deposits are not transferrable to different
dates should you need to reschedule.
