Plan your wedding ceremony and reception at Gramercy Mansion and take advantage of our exclusive wedding packages for added benefits and special savings! We are honored to host many weddings and special events throughout the year and strive to create an unforgettable experience for each and every couple from the beginning of the planning process to the big day. By reserving one of our exclusive packages, your wedding will be the only catered event in the Mansion on your reserved date, allowing you more flexibility and our staff’s undivided attention.

 

Choose from the following Exclusive Wedding Packages

Gramercy Mansion Ceremony and Reception (5 hours)

Saturday: $8,800

 Capacity: 150 guests | 200 with additional tenting

Enjoy your wedding day knowing that you are the only catered event scheduled in the Mansion by reserving exclusivity!

This Package Includes:

  • 8 hours of exclusive event time – 5 hours for event, 2 hours prior for vendor set up and 1 hour clean up.
  • One hour rehearsal scheduled 2 months prior to wedding date.
  • Ceremony – your choice of outdoor landscaped ceremony garden overlooking Greenspring Valley or
    indoor atrium.
  • Cocktail Hour followed by Reception – your choice of garden or Mansion location.
  • On site attendant for the duration of your event to direct guests.
  • Use of all main floor furnished rooms (Foyer, Parlor, Dining Room, Atrium, Living Room, Library and
    Bar), kitchen for caterers use.
  • Landscaped and bricked processional walkway featuring a marble water fountain with electricity.
  • Ceremony set up using up to 150 white, cushioned chairs and use of trellis. Trellis may be decorated.
  • 16 Tables and 150 Chivari chairs for reception.
  • Atrium is highlighted by chandeliers and ceiling string lights.
  • Handicap Accessible Restrooms & Coatroom.
  • Heating, air conditioning & 2 fireplaces.
  • Abundant locations for photos, including a marble gazebo, formal and wooded gardens.
  • Ample free parking.

Reservations: Date for the Exclusive 5-hour Gramercy Mansion Ceremony and Reception Package will
only be held by a $2000 non-transferable deposit in cash or check required at time of contract signing. The remaining balance is due three months prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy: When canceling any exclusive package 6 months or more in advance, 50% refund of
deposit is issued.

Gramercy Mansion Ceremony, Reception, and B&B Guest Rooms (6 hours)

Saturday: $12,000

Friday & Sunday: $9,000

       Capacity: 150 guests | 200 with additional tenting

  • 9 hours of exclusive event time – 6 hours for event, 2 hours prior for vendor set up, 1 hour clean up.
  • One hour rehearsal scheduled 2 months prior to wedding date.

    indoor atrium.
  • Cocktail Hour followed by Reception – your choice of garden or Mansion location.
  • 11 Beautifully furnished guest rooms and suites, based on double occupancy.
  • Memory brick.
  • Gourmet Breakfast for all B&B guests.
  • On site attendant for the duration of your event.
  • Use of all main floor furnished rooms (Foyer, Parlor, Dining Room, Atrium, Living Room, Library and
    Bar), kitchen for caterers use.
