Gramercy Mansion, a historic Tudor-style mansion, offers a picturesque and stately atmosphere for corporate conferences, meetings, seminars, and executive retreats. Rooms are adorned with antique furnishings and fireplaces. Attendees may enjoy our breathtaking gardens and extensive woodland trails for relaxation and contemplation.
The Mansion offers flexible set-up options to accommodate a variety of seating styles for a max of 15 guests in the living room and 40 guests in the atrium & living room. Comfortably furnished breakout rooms with pocket doors for privacy are ideal for small group settings, and a spacious elegant atrium accommodates larger groups for dining. 12 tables and 100 chairs are provided with rental.

Carriage House
Experience the private and peaceful tranquility of the Carriage House at Gramercy. This contemplative, quiet corporate conference center is ideal for meetings, training sessions and seminars. The Carriage Room, Dining/Conference Room and Breakout Room open to a central courtyard enhanced by a tranquil fountain and flower gardens.
The spacious Carriage Room, complete with a crystal chandelier, provides ample space for a variety of seating styles for up to 60 guests. The adjoining Dining/Conference Room with a large banquet table is ideal for food and beverage services throughout the day, or for extra meeting space. The Breakout Room provides a comfortable space with access to the garden courtyard via French doors and three private bathrooms. Enjoy a lunch break outdoors and stroll through the gardens to feel rejuvenated and inspired.

Reservation Details
Booking Details
In order to reserve a date, a signed contract and the full rental amount is needed, via check. Balance for food and A.V. rentals is due no later than seven days prior to the event by check, cash, or credit card.

Event Times
Mansion rentals provide 4 hours (minimum) of dedicated event time, along with 2 hours prior for vendor setup and 1 hour following the event for cleanup.

Mansion: Events may end as late as 4:00 PM
