A Fresh New Website Experience

One of our biggest projects this year has been the launch of our brand-new website! Designed to better showcase the beauty of our historic estate, the new site offers improved navigation, updated photography, and easier access to information about weddings, accommodations, events, and local attractions. Whether you're planning your dream wedding or a relaxing getaway, finding the information you need is now easier than ever.

The Batik Room Gets a Refresh

Guests visiting our Carriage House will notice a beautifully remodeled Batik Room. This refreshed space features updated finishes and an enhanced atmosphere while maintaining the charm and character that make the Carriage House such a unique venue. The Batik Room continues to serve as a versatile gathering space for wedding celebrations and private events.

Enhanced Comfort with New Central Air Conditioning

Comfort is a priority for our guests, especially during Maryland's warm summer months. We're pleased to announce the installation of central air conditioning in our back hall guest rooms, including the Magnolia, Country, and Bar Harbor rooms. These upgrades provide improved climate control and an even more comfortable stay throughout the year.

Perhaps our most adorable update is the arrival of Sunny, Gramercy Mansion's newest resident. This friendly feline has quickly become a favorite among guests and staff alike. Whether she's greeting visitors in the mansion or finding a sunny spot for an afternoon nap, Sunny has already made herself right at home and adds an extra touch of warmth to the Gramercy experience.

This season, we've introduced a new vegetable garden for our long-term tenants. The garden provides fresh produce and creates another beautiful outdoor feature on the property. It's exciting to see this space grow and become part of the daily life of our estate.
