Basic Rental:
Use of five public rooms, terrace, and lawns of Gramercy; Shared use of the kitchen for the caterer. Baby Grand piano in living room may be played. Hours of rental include 4 hours for reception, 2 hours for caterer set-up and 1 hour for caterer clean-up. Also includes fifteen 60"-round tables, one 8'-long table and 150 Chivari chairs.
Prime Time:
Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.
Hours:
Mondays-Saturdays: 12 P.M. to 11 P.M.
Sundays: 3 P.M. to 11 P.M.
Exceptions:
Two weddings may be held on Saturdays, with one starting in the afternoon and the second beginning in the evening. In May, June, September and October the following time slots are available: 12-4, 1-5, 6-10, 7-11. The time slots are a guide line and can be adjusted in certain cases. In all other months two weddings may be scheduled on Saturdays if time allows. If you would like to be the only catered event on a Saturday, you may reserve any 5-hour time slot beginning after 12 p.m. for $7,000.
Caterer:
Approved caterer only. See below for list of approved caterers.
Note: When two weddings are held on Saturdays the same caterer must be used for both parties. Choice of caterer goes to the first scheduled lessee. Caterer must be chosen within 8 weeks of making reservation; if not caterer of choice goes to first person notifying decision of caterer.
Capacity:
150 seated on terrace, 250 for cocktails or 200 seated with additional tenting
Reservations:
Date for Gramercy Mansion will held by a $1,000 (non-refundable) deposit in cash or check. Balance due three months prior to the event. If canceled more than six months in advance there will be a $500 refund. If canceled between three and six months there will be a $50 refund. Three months and under, no refund.
Rehearsals:
Rehearsals are free of charge and may be made two months prior to the wedding. Rehearsals may take place Monday-Friday anytime between 10:00 a.m-5:00 p.m. Times requested may not be available due to other events scheduled at Gramercy.

Large dining room table ( 47" x 144"), 1-54" round table, 1-48" round table and 1-36" round table with 14 matching dark wood chairs and two high-back chairs, 15-60" round tables and 150 Chivari chairs.
