Baltimore County Events This Weekend

As the summer days come to an end, we celebrate the beginning of September as the kick off to Fall. Baltimore County has an abundant number of events taking place through September. Here are a few taking place this weekend, September 6- 8th.

  • Defenders Day: Battle of North Point Reenactment, September 7th and 8th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Fort Howard Park. Come commemorate the Battle of North Point in 1812 with war reenactments, history, children’s games, theatrical productions, refreshments and more. Admission and parking are free.   • Feet on Street on Allegheny Ave in Towson tonight, Friday September 6th from 6 p.m. to 9:30 pm. Enjoy live music, children’s moon bounces, activities and vendors. Food and wine available for purchase. Remember your beach chair for your evening under the stars!
  • The Reisterstown Festival is ready to celebrate their last week of summer with another year of family fun. September 7th and 8th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. take joy in live music, car  and motorcycle show, a parade, local vendors, children’s area and fireworks. http://www.dundalkhistory.org/defenders-day.html.
