A few times a year, Chef’s Expressions at the Manor will host legendary wine suppers. Sometimes, we are lucky enough to be the venue for such an event! These nights offer a culinary experience for those participating! These opportunities not only allow Chef’s Expressions to share good food, wine, and conversation with clients and friends but each dinner also benefits a local nonprofit charity in the community!
In February, we had the pleasure of hosting the Valentine’s Wine Supper. The evening began with butler passed hors d’oeuvres and champagne. Guests mingled and munched on several goodies. The apple and goat cheese tartlets were passed around along with butter poached shrimp dusted with Meyer Lemon Pepper. Paired with: Domaine Camille Braun Cremant d’ Alsace, Alsace France
Once the atrium was opened for seated supper service to begin, guests found their tables and took their seats eagerly awaiting the first course. The beautifully set tables with a glass for every pairing is a showstopper every time!
