When temperatures drop outside, the coziness in the mansion goes up. Sipping hot cider, nestled up near one of our fireplaces while the snowflakes fall, has been described to us as heaven on earth. Winter is a quiet season for Gramercy Mansion, as all the hustle and bustle of the many weddings and events that happened over the year are now in the past. The staff here are left with extraordinary memories from Beautiful Brides, a couple’s first dance, to the time we say goodbye to the newlyweds. We get to reflect on those wonderful moments and gear up for what promises to be another amazing year at Gramercy Mansion.
Guests who stay in one of our 11 bed and breakfast rooms are treated in the morning to a delicious breakfast. They are able to order hot mulled apple cider, hot tea or coffee. Then they can enjoy a walk around our property, stopping at our ceremony garden where they can feel like a kid again by grabbing one of our sleds to slide down our massive hill. 2 of our guest rooms have wood burning fireplaces and 8 others have electric, so after your adventure come back in and warm up right in your room. Although it is quieter in the mansion during the winter, the romance, fun and relaxation never fades!
